Jeana Peinovich
Lend A Hand Up Director
Jeana is responsible for the success and expansion of Lend A Hand Up, which supports volunteer efforts to raise funds for individuals and families experiencing hardship due to a medical issue, loss of life, or other traumatic event. Prior to the program’s launch in 2008, Jeana served as the Outreach Coordinator for DMF’s Covering Kids & Families Initiative. Jeana joined the Foundation in 2003.
J. Patrick Traynor
Executive Director of Dakota Medical and Impact Foundations | On Civil Service Leave
Pat is the Executive Director of Dakota Medical and Impact Foundations. He is an ex-officio nonvoting member of the DMF Committees and Board of Directors. Previously, he was the Executive Director of the ND Workers Compensation Bureau and an attorney. Pat and his wife, Jamie, have three sons. He has been with the Foundation since 2000.
Amelia Olson
Lend A Hand Up Operations Coordinator
Amelia is responsible for the daily management of the Lend A Hand Up crowdfunding platform, which hosts online fundraisers and auctions to raise help for eligible families who reside within the program’s service area. She joined the Foundation in 2025.
