Team Chip is a group of passionate volunteers who host Bowlin’ for the Colon and other fundraising efforts to support the Lend A Hand Up program in honor of their friend, Maynard “Chip” Johnson, who passed away from colon cancer. They first came together as a fundraising force to raise help and hope for Chip in 2011. They had a great turnout at Chip’s benefit! Chip and his wife, Mary, said that once they are in a better place they are going to pay it forward for others. Since 2012, Team Chip has raised more than $450,000 for Lend A Hand Up.
