Jarett Gregerson Fundraiser
Monday February 27th, 2023 started out as a normal Monday for Pam and Jarett Gregerson. Jarett was in the semi-truck and Pam was taking care of the daily farm chores. By 10am, this Monday turned into a day that will never be forgotten. Pam got a call that Jarett had been in a horrific accident. The pnuematic trailer that he was using to deliver product to a local business had some kind of issue that caused Jarett to go on top of the trailer. While on top of the trailer, it blew up – throwing Jarett through the air with him landing on his side. Jarett suffered severe head trauma along with broken ribs and collar bone. Jarett was given life saving measures by emergency personnel at the scene and then rushed to the Sanford Health Trauma Unit in Fargo ND. He has been on a ventilator and has been unconscious ever since. The doctor’s don’t know if he will wake up, and if he does, what the extent of the head trauma will be. There may be days, weeks, months, years of rehab, or worst case, this will be a permanent/fatal accident. With both Pam and Jarett being self employed, this accident will have a tremendous financial impact. Pam spends as many days/nights as possible at the hospital, however, with the farm animals and other farm duties, she has a lengthy commute. At this time, everything is left to the unknown and praying for Jarett to wake up. Life will never be the same as it was when they woke up on Monday February 27th, 2023. It is forever changed.
Lend A Hand Up will boost your online gift 20% (up to $1000), making your generosity go further! Cash/Check gifts should be made payable to Pam Gregerson and dropped off at any Bank North location.

Hello Everyone! Thank you for visiting Jarett’s fundraiser. This is Amy Nesemeier posting. I am the lead on this fundraiser to help Pam and Jarett with the financial crisis this horrific accident has caused. The unknown timeline with a tramatic brain injury is frightening. Jarett is still “sleeping” – he is quite stubborn and is not listening to our plea’s to wake up for a bit so we know he is ok. So, for now, we are sending him tons of prayers and positive thoughts. Pam would like everyone to know that visitors are NOT allowed at the hospital right now. It is imparitive that Jarett’s brain and body get as much peace and quiet as possible! Pam and other immediate family are spending all of their time at the hospital. Please respect their privacy in coping with this horrendous tragedy….Pam is not ready to have her phone ringing off the hook. However, a text, facebook message or comment here would be much appreciated. I can also take messages to pass on and will be keeping everyone in the loop with any updates to Jarett’s condition via this website. Pam and Jarett are self employed with the trucking and farm. Pam can’t do it all herself… this tragedy is creating a huge financial stress… and that should be the LAST of her worries right now.
How you can help:
- Respect Jarett and the families privacy while they are coping with this.
- Financial assistance – A donation to this fundraiser via the online link (which will give a 20% boost to your donation) or by dropping off a check to any Bank North location (make payable to Pam Gregerson, can put benefit on the memo line)

For those of you following Jarett’s journey, I have some positive news:
Jare woke up this week!
He is able to speak (with no apparent signs of memory loss!!), and is breathing entirely on his own. We still don’t know the extent of his brain damage, nor will we for potentially the next year and a half. There have been ups and downs to get to this point, and the ups and downs are likely to continue. He unfortunately still has a long road to recovery, and will remain inpatient for the foreseeable future. He is also still in a low-stimulation environment, so Pam is asking visitation remain limited to family. BUT this is huge progress from where Jare was three weeks ago.
Very importantly, thank you so much to those of you who have donated and kept Pam and Jarett in your prayers. This feels like nothing short of a miracle.

What is the difference between the boosted donation and the regular? I feel we all need to know for our donations! If the BOOSTED gives more, I would have liked to do that!
