Doug Hermes of Glen Ullin, ND, passed away on February 25, 2023.  Doug was the youngest of seven siblings born to Walter and Alice (Mosbrucker) Hermes. He was known as someone who would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it, and  as the go-to guy for anything landscaping. Doug’s greatest blessings in life were his daughters, Alyssa and Carli. The Lend A Hand Up nonprofit held a special place in Doug’s heart due to the funds raised to help his precious granddaughter Jordan Dravitz who needed a liver transplant as an infant.  His family would like to give forward to Lend A Hand Up in his honor to help other families facing medical challenges.  Online gifts may be made by clicking on the donate link, or by check payable to Lend A Hand Up, 4141 28 Ave S,  Fargo, ND.
