In July 2022 Brenda Wood began to experience stiffness in her upper body and some slight tremor like movements. By September, the movements had worsened and no medical professionals could understand the cause. After an MRI and and some more doctoring she was referred to The Pain Clinic, then to Roger Maris for genetic testing, as well as a Huntington’s Disease specialist in the Twin Cities.
