Brady is suffering from acute respiratory failure, ARDS, pneumonia, and acute kidney injury among other complications from a COVID-19 infection he got in April. Brady thankfully was quarantined close to his parents, who took him to the ER when he became more ill throughout the infection. Brady was admitted to the COVID unit and after a week there, they made the decision to sedate and intubate him. He has been on the ventilator since April 14, but is making small strides every day.
